Working principle:
The biomass pellet machine mainly realizes pellet formation by using the extrusion effect between the pressure roller and the ring die. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate, the pressure roller rolls on the inner surface of the ring die and squeezes the biomass raw materials entering between the ring die and the pressure roller into granular form.
