1. The low-speed long shaft design reduces the breakage of large particles, minimizes the centrifugal force on fine particles, and distributes the glue over all components in a more uniform manner.
2. A perfect water cooling system, featuring a double-layer shell and excellent water flow channels, as well as a shaft water passage design, ensures excellent heat dissipation and prevents high-temperature gluing.
3. The inner wall is available for customers to choose from high-wear-resistant stainless steel and metal ceramic inner walls. It is the first of its kind in China, featuring a metal ceramic inner wall, which has a lifespan three times that of stainless steel shells.
4. The rubber claws are sprayed with imported high-wear-resistant metal materials, which are durable and wear-resistant. Hollow core design, no glue formation when cooled by water.
5. The new type of air atomizing spray gun has a good atomization effect, ensuring uniform glue application and reducing the amount of glue.
